280 milligrams of caffeine is only about 2 1/2 cups of coffee, depending on the roast and stuff.

It's the last completely unregulated psychotropic drug. Sip.

Some strength athletes I know use methyl-caffeine, which is supposedly ten times as potent as anhydrous caffeine and lasts twelve hours. You can buy it over-the-counter at bodybuilding supplement stores...all you hardcore addicts should check it out.

Personally, I'm too chicken to try anything stronger than Monster Lo-Carb.
