You don't need to wait for us to get your paws on the Charney-licious documents (which are actually too numerous and voluminous for us to post anyway). You can download and print them yourself, through the internets.
Instructions for obtaining copies of the court filings in the Aaron Charney / Sullivan & Cromwell litigation, after the jump.
Here are the instructions. It's as easy as pie. Who knew that an icky state court would have such a convenient, user-friendly system for electronically accessing its court filings?
1. Go to http://www.courts.state.ny.us/home.htm.
2. Click on "E-Courts" near the bottom of page.
3. Click on "Electronic Filing" in the left-hand column.
4. Click "EFile System."
5. Click "Public Inquiry."
6. Enter the Index Number to pull the docket:
Charney v. Sullivan & Cromwell LLP: 100625/2007
Sullivan & Cromwell LLP v. Charney: 600333/2007
7. Click on the index number.
8. Click on "List Documents."
9. Click on the title of the document you wish to view, to open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat.

Those instructions are too complicated. In that way they discriminate against tier 2 students. Please remove the tierism from your instructions.
