I think this needs to be three polls rather than two. What do you think of her? Do you think it should impact her bar application? Do you think it should impact her career?

How about a fourth about whether you think she's hot or not?

i agree - the relevant question threw me b/c of the conjunctive. i think relevant for career, irrelevant for bar.

Irrelevant for the bar. Relevant for her career - who wants a lawyer who exercises such poor judgment and recklessness?

I'd still hit it.

Who are the 1/3 of above the law readers who think posing for Playboy should be relevant to her bar admission? Fascists.

I thought of this like I did evidence...
Is it relevant to an examination of her fitness and conduct? Yes, of course it. I don't think that you can deny that it it relevant to a general inquiry into "character".
However, the mere fact that something is relevant doesn't mean that it is either a) extremely prejudicial and that therefore it shouldn't be consider by the bar or that b) it should still prevent her from being admitted even if it is considered.

I agree with 11:51. It's relevant for Character and Fitness, but I don't think that it should necessarily prevent her from being admitted to the Bar. After all, almost everything is relevant for Character and Fitness - have you every filed out the application? The manager of Joe's Burger Joint where you worked when you were in highschool; the address of your aunt's house where you lived for 3 weeks one summer when you were 16, the most meaningless parking ticket you got when you were 18.... these are all relevant to Character and Fitness.
