Brokeback Lawfirm: Are You With ABC or S&C?

We're always interested in public opinion about the litigation between Aaron Charney and his former employer, Sullivan & Cromwell. We currently have this poll running:


But not many of you have voted -- and we have a suspicion as to why.

So here's a new and improved version, which we hope will generate higher voter turnout:

To be honest, I have to say I originally sided with ABC, but I now have to stay neutral. If the case down at Duke has taught me anything, it is to wait until all the facts are in before rallying for one side or another.

7:14 -- Not necessarily. Someone with no interest could still vote to make that point with the hope of seeing reduced coverage of the case on ATL.
