We're always interested in public opinion about the litigation between Aaron Charney and his former employer, Sullivan & Cromwell. We currently have this poll running:
But not many of you have voted -- and we have a suspicion as to why.

To be honest, I have to say I originally sided with ABC, but I now have to stay neutral. If the case down at Duke has taught me anything, it is to wait until all the facts are in before rallying for one side or another.
Lat - Do us all a favor and add "ABSOLUTELY NO INTEREST" and watch the numbers soar...
Can you add "I just want to hear the tapes" ?

12:33 PM - If you had ABSOLUTELY no interest you wouldn't vote in the poll.
7:14 -- Not necessarily. Someone with no interest could still vote to make that point with the hope of seeing reduced coverage of the case on ATL.
