I think the judge here is mistaking HIV for SUPERAIDS. SUPERAIDS is like AIDS only in a superhero type state, with the virus wearing a little cape and tights, and is what should be peed into freshly scored wounds on the HLR case commentor discussed earlier today.

Nice dog, shows character.
Wow...that Canadian judge is really, truly, and incredibly ignorant. Wow. I really feel for that witness, having to suffer such a huge indignity because of the ignorance of that judge...imagine if it was an HIV positive attorney?

I disagree that witnesses who have AIDS should be required to wear masks in court, and I also disagree with the judge's decision to move the case to a larger courtroom because of the witness's disease.
But if we are discussing outrageous decisions by Canadian judges, how about judges who require Catholic priests to pay fines for quoting Leviticus? How about Canadian judges who impose fines on political columnists who express anti-Muslim sentiments? I for one am more concerned by judges who threaten the liberty of people in everyday life than by judges who merely abuse their authority in the courtroom.
Shut up Fed Soc, stay your ass in the disgusting US where you belong. Canada is OUR country.
2:36: I gladly would abstain from commenting on Canadian issues in an ideal world, but since one of the two major political parties here appears to see it as its mission to make the U.S. more like Canada, I think that my concerns with the happenings up north are more than justified.
2:36, Canada remains "your" country only to the extent we allow.
You're a great source of oil; you provide a huge northern security buffer (over which we maintain sea and air supremacy, lucky for you); your consumers (insofar as they have any post-tax money to spend) buy a fair amount of products either made in America or made in Asia by American owned companies; your side of Niagra Falls is much nicer; and you have some good skiing. Have I missed anything?
Don't give up on Mitt Romney. Please everyone vote for him. We do not want McCain to be our President!!
