All Rise! Dildos in the Court?

Hey, if they can make it past the metal detector at One First Street, it's all good. Is that a gavel under your robe, Your Honor -- or are you just reviewing the Joint Appendix?

This is certainly one of the more interesting circuit splits out there. Let's hope for a cert petition and a speedy grant.

"No State shall deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law" = "No State shall prohibit the sale or other promotion, such as advertising, of dildos or artificial vaginas." Makes sense to me.

3:16, It is not. Alabama banned dildoes a while back, a ban that was upheld by the 11th - hence the split.

4:21:

Not only can you buy an artifical vagina, you can have it installed where your pecker might otherwise be.

Which begs the question of why its illegal to rent a real vagina.

If I recall correctly, President Bush recently sent two dildos to the Supreme Court.

Isn't it a conflict of interest for dildos to decide whether selling dildos constitutes free speech? I believe the dildos should recuse themselves and return to the President's arse.

Rumor has it that the American Association of Fat and Ugly Chicks will be filing an amicus brief.
