It just means she can invalidate it when she turns 18. She did not. By waiting until after 18, and not diss-affirming the contract she has affirmed it. Lets not forget law school. You are arguing capacity to contract when Frances put a 17 year-old girl in pornography, which is a violation of 18 USCS 2251 (a). There is no "knowingly" in that provision for minor's age, only for interstate commerce, which certianly applies to Girls Gone Wild:
