What's A Law Like You Doing in a State Like This?

We're offline right now, speaking at Stanford Law School. We'll be back shortly (and pick up where we left off with the Eliot Spitzer scandal).

In the meantime, check out this funny post by Marc Randazza, about some dubious proposed legislation in Massachusetts that could criminalize certain types of pick-up lines.

Tennessee has that law. The Fantasy Man was convicted under it.

Surprise, surprise.
What's up with that psychologist on cnn.com tonight? What a moron. AND, what's up with men/lawyers/commentators saying things like "I think we're making too much of a big deal out of this......"
If it were a woman who hired a prostitute or had an affair she'd be called an itch up one side and down the other and peep's would force her to resign.
We're making too big of a deal out of this? NOT AT ALL. This behavior? From a guy who made a point of trying to shut down Wall Street prostitution rings? Right, Anderson Cooper, "what was he thinking?"
And I have to ask: "WTF is with these women who *stand by their man/men* when the guy's confessing to the worst possible f'd up behavior?" What is up with that? Spitzer's wife looks like she's been rode hard and put away wet since 12 months ago when he took the oath and she was kissin' him up and down and so happy.
Spitzer? Go F yourself - instead of f'ing everyone else over in your attempt to *try* to be righteous! L O S E R

Sounds like you've had a rough life Letty. I hope things get better for you. Maybe that supervisor job will open up after all.
