Howard Law "School" is ranked as a tier 3 institution by US News. Their average MCAT score is 154. Unbelievable. A monkey could do that well on the LSAT....
Well, I'll credit Howard with being a a T97 in the third tier. Didn't it lose accreditation with the other black law schools like Morris Brown?

And as to your fantasy that Howard's stats are so low because they want to give "lower performers a chance" - that is sad, considering that any black person with a modicum of mediocrity can AA into a tier 1, (e.g. Elie Mystal) thus the blacks at Howard are really the bottom of the barrel. But they can act like there was some sort of "choice" in the matter because they "elected" to go to a black law school, thoughbeit unaccredited.
