@10 - you've had free soda? They did away with the subsidized to 25c (in a smaller office in) the southwest months ago.

Comp discussion start tomorrow with normal staff. Promotes + EP's not reporting yet.

KPMG guidance has been from the beginning - promote salary increase will equate to x4 your promote bonus. Rumor has it that variable comp will be reserved for EP's. Further rumor at New Manager Training (which was apparently lame in comparison) is that many senior managers will have receive a cut in salaries.
